Arrive Early

Get here 10 minutes before your first class. We’ll show you the space and get you set up.

Wear Fitted Activewear

Tight-fitting clothes help your instructor see your form. Grip socks are required for TenFormer.

Bring Water

Stay hydrated, especially for heated classes. We have filtered water stations throughout the studio.

We Provide the Rest

Towels, mats, and all equipment are provided. Just bring yourself and the right energy.
